JAKCO has made a name for itself as one of the leading providers of display solutions. JAKCO is supplying wide variety of display products such as TFT color displays, FSTN, STN and TN monochrome displays. Facilities

Our displays and assembly products are mainly produced in two manufacturing facilities which are located in Chaozhou and Shenzhen respectively. The facility in Chaozhou is for LCD manufacturing and the facility in Shenzhen is for LCM manufacturing and electronic assembly including COB, TAB and COG processes. There are around 600 well-trained employees in two production facilities.

Environmental

As a manufacturer of electronic products/components, JAKCO products conform to the recently introduced Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive ensuring their impact on the environment is minimized. See below for further details on these directives:

Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament stipulates that certain hazardous substances must not be present above defined levels in products.

JAKCO works with the entire supply chain to ensure that all products comply with this directive. We have taken great care to ensure that the products are not only compliant but that they are as reliable as their predecessors. Now that the directive is in force nearly all parts manufactured by JAKCO are RoHS compliant, however some industry sectors have exemptions and we continue to supply a small number of products to these sectors as non-RoHS.
